South Shore Select is a year-round soccer program for boys and girls ages 2-19 that operates out of the South Shore Sports Center in Hingham. They understand that parents are looking for programs that offer flexibility, convenience, and fun and their Development Program for boys and girls ages 2-10 aims to meet these needs. Tots is for toddlers (ages 2-5) who are introduced to basic soccer skills in a guided soccer class. Players graduate to Futures (ages 4-8) and train once or twice a week (your choice). Finally, Juniors (ages 6-10) where players compete on teams in local league play. Once they reach age 10, boys and girls are placed on competitive club teams based on ability and desired level of commitment. These Select teams participate in local, regional, and national competitions, and many players go on to play soccer at the collegiate level. Summer at Inly in Scituate offers a traditional “Day Camp” experience in addition to one- and two-week specialty camps, running June through August. There is something for everyone, and you may choose as many weeks as you like!

We like to think of it as a little something for everyone! Inly Day campers are organized by age in small groups of 8-12 campers, with 2 staff. Age levels have different day-to-day schedules, with time slots for camper choice!
Inly Preschool Camp, Ages 3-4
Inly Preschool Camp is the perfect summer option for our youngest campers. Preschool campers get a taste of what it’s like to be a “big kid” at camp! With our low 4:1 camper-to-staff ratios, a dedicated Preschool Camp Director, and staff who all have experience in early childhood education, the safety and FUN of our campers are our top priorities. All preschool campers are led through a variety of age-appropriate activities — from music and movement to arts and crafts, nature walks and science experiments, each day is an adventure at camp!
Specialty Camps
Families can choose from a variety of one-week specialty camps, including Photography, Fashion and Interior Design, Wizarding, Painting, Sports, Fishing, and more. Theater buffs can attend a two-week Musical Theater Studio (ages 6-8) or Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella camp led by Break a Leg Theater Works (ages 9-18). Adventurous kids ages 11-15 can sign up for Day Trippers and head off on a new adventure trip each day—Nova Trampoline Park, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Boda Borg, Codzilla, and more!
Summer Sports Camp at the South Shore Sports Center Ages 5-12
Capture the flag, dodgeball, wiffle ball, basketball, flag football… The fun never ends at our Summer Sports Camp for girls and boys ages 5-12. Join the fun Monday- Friday from 9am-12pm or 9am-3pm (includes pizza lunch in our upstairs lounge). Registration info coming soon!
Summer Arts at Derby Ages 4-15
Derby Summer Arts is a five-week, three-week, or two-week multi-arts program for students ages 4 to 15. Students pick their own classes from a wide range of choices which include offerings in the visual and performing arts, sports, STEAM, media, writing, dance, textiles, and more. Each camper has a unique, individualized schedule which includes five classes a day, lunch, a performance showcasing works in progress, and a daily free choice period. Summer Arts staff are experts in their fields with a passion for working with children and sharing their crafts. The Derby Academy campus is an idyllic summer setting for creativity, exploration, growth, friendships and fun!
The 5 week program runs from June 26 to July 28.
Campers can also come for just the first 2 weeks (June 26 – July 7) or the last 3 weeks (July 1o – July 28).
Extended day is available till 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday for an additional daily fee.

Summer Specialty Week at Derby
Runs from July 31- August 4 from 9AM-2PM for ages 5–15. The price is $625. Enjoy a week of exploration and discovery with specialized camp offerings in chess, STEAM, sewing, theatre, visual arts, and more! Registration now open!
The Weymouth Club Summer Camps Ages 3+
Campers have plenty to do both indoors and outdoors, so bad weather never casts a cloud on the fun. Lunch and snack are given daily, and the camps are nut-free. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for parents with busy schedules. The Tennis, Fitness and Arts Camp (TFA/6+) offers daily tennis lessons, gym time, arts and crafts, swimming lessons and free-swim periods. The traditional track of TFA is run every week of the summer. They also offer optional specialty tracks combined with TFA for dance (offered 4 weeks), musical theater (2 weeks) and acro (2 weeks).
The Energy Center camp is for Ages 3-5 years 11 months and includes tennis lessons, free swim, tumbling and gym activities, arts and crafts, free play and theme days. The Weymouth Club also offers summer memberships, a summer swim team and swim lessons.
South Shore Baseball Club Ages 5-15
Half Day and Full Day Camps at Hingham High School. A full day of camp will be from 8:30-2:30pm and a half day of camp is available for the 5-7 year old group from 8:30-11:30am. Both will feature the usual SSBC instruction with lectures, drills, contests and plenty of baseball. The camp will run for five consecutive weeks beginning in July. Campers may attend for one, two, three, four or all five weeks.
Sailing at Hingham Maritime Ages 7-18
The Hingham Maritime Center offers boating for all. Does your child love the water? Let them get their feet wet while learning a new skill. HMC’s youth sailing programs provide children the opportunity to learn about and participate in the sport of sailing. Youth Rowing will be offered to youth ages 12-18. A great way to see if crew is something that might interest you in high school. Registration will open on Feb 15th.
Weir River Farm Camp Ages 5-14
Weir River’s Farm Camp deepens the connections between campers and farm life through barnyard chores, games, and other farm activities. They also offer a “Teen Adventure” camp option for campers ages 11-14 who are curious about learning why and how the farm operates. Registration now open! Camp begins the week of June 26 and will conclude the week of August 18th.

Worlds End Camp Ages 5-10
World’s End Camp offers daily nature adventures for campers who love adventures in the natural world. A magical mix of education, adventure, and free time also allows campers to enjoy exploring, games, and crafts of their choosing. Camp will begin the week of June 26th and run from 9am-3pm M-F.

South Shore YMCA Nature Adventures Camp Ages 3-15
Half Day and Full Day Options in Norwell. The SSNSC Nature Adventures Camp offers exciting opportunities for children to learn about the natural world. Campers will; develop an awareness, appreciation, and concern for our environment and the creatures in it; explore the habits and habitats of animals living in our woods, ponds, meadows, and along the shore; and learn about natural science through stories, hikes, games, crafts, and a host of other fun-filled activities. Nike Basketball Camp Ages 7-16
Half Day and Full Day Options at Derby Academy in Hingham. ASA Hoops Nike Basketball Camps are designed for the player looking to improve their overall game and basketball IQ. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, shooting technique, offense and defense work, and team play.

Camp Thayer Ages 3.9-14
A co-ed day camp that runs from June 20-August 11. Half Day, Full Day and Extended Day options at Thayer Academy in Braintree. Transportation from Hingham to and from camp available as well. Camp Thayer is a place where children can spend part of the summer exercising their bodies and minds, while they learn new skills, make new friends, and have lots of fun. Each week offers a variety of sports and specialty camps, including baseball, lacrosse, football, theater, science, and much more. Hingham Rec. Camp Ages 3- Grade 8
Hingham Recreation offers programs fit for any age! Our preschool program is half or full day and geared towards ages 3-5 with field games, story time, arts and crafts and water play. Our Fun Time program is for children going into grades 1-3 and is filled with outdoor games, arts and crafts, game room and special Friday activities! Rising 4th and 5th graders will love our Adventure Club program which includes a day at Hingham Harbor, two days at Cronin Field and TWO off site field trips! Teen Xtreme is for rising 6th-8th graders and features a day at Nantasket Beach, two mid-week field trips and the Big Trip on Thursdays! If your 8-12 year old is looking for an adventure, Parkland is filled with hiking, biking, fishing, tree climbing and exploring Hingham’s finest outdoor spaces. Registration begins in March.

Holly Hill Farm Ages 3-18
At Friends of Holly Hill Farm, we seek to connect children to nature in a way that will stick with them for life! During our summer programs children ages 3–15 make new friends, explore, adventure, and connect with the natural landscape and all of its wonderful creatures that inhabit it!
Students experience life on a working certified organic and regenerative farm – plus explore surrounding conservation areas, meadows, woods, and Ice Pond. Children may learn to care for our beloved farm animals, observe native wildlife, participate in sustainable farming, create art inspired by nature, get out and explore, and use our unique natural learning space to explore science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) too!

Rock Junior Golf at Harmon Ages 4-15
Summer Weekly Class Time is 8:30-10 or 10:15-11:45 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Harmon Golf Club in Rockland. The first week begins on June 27th and will end the week of August 8th. Help your child learn the sport of golf with group classes. Instructors coordinate these programs to make golf easier to understand for children. Your junior golfer will cover the following: Etiquette & Rules, Full Swing with Iron, Full Swing with Woods, Chipping, Pitching, Putting. Rock Jr. Golf will provide golf clubs for no additional fee if your jr. golfer does not have them.
Duxbury Bay Maritime School Ages 6-18+
Full Day and Partial Day opportunities in Duxbury. You can choose specialty camps in Marine Science, Power Boating, Rowing, Sailing, and Paddle Boarding. There are also Full Day camps from 8:30-2:30pm which include a little bit of everything for children ages 6-11 years old.
Head Over Heels Gymnastics Ages 4+
Half Day, Full Day and Single Day options available in Norwell. Head Over Heels offers a fun and flexible camp program for kids of all abilities. Children are grouped by age and ability, so whether you are just starting out or are an advanced gymnast, you will have both a fun and challenging experience here at Head Over Heels. Half Day camp is entirely gymnastics while Full Day also enjoys lunch, games, arts and crafts, EXTRA gym time, and swimming at Webb Pro Fitness.
Mass. Gymnastics Camp Ages 5+
Full Day, Half Day and Extended Day options in Hingham. The Full day camp program is structured for boys and girls ages 5 and up. The emphasis of the camp is to provide a fun atmosphere where there is plenty of gymnastics instruction on all of the Olympic events, Tumble Trak, foam pit and open gym time. Along with gymnastics, they incorporate lots of fun contests, arts and crafts, free swim and cooperative games and prizes. Blue Hills Nature Day Camp Ages 5-15
The unique location atop scenic Chickatawbut Hill in Milton invites campers to discover nature through hands-on exploration, creative play, and active learning. Each session features an age-appropriate theme intended to deepen a child’s understanding and awareness of the natural world. Cohasset Sports Complex Camp Ages 4-13

Challenge Rocks Adventure Camp. Ages 7-12
Full Day only. Summer Adventure Camp will keep your kids engaged all day with a roster of climbing challenges, games, team building exercises and more. In addition to climbing, ninja training, and zip-line, themes are incorporated into each day at camp.
SELA: The International Private School Ages 3m-10
Full Day, Half Day and Extended Day options. SELA’s Summer Program is full immersion in Spanish for ages 3 months to 10 years old. The Explorers & Adventurers programs allow children to explore, learn, and discover the world through science, art and literature through a new theme each week. Weekly themes are the same for all ages, but the depth of the projects vary greatly by age groups. The 2023 summer program will run from June 12- August 25. Levitate Warrior Surf Camp Ages 7-12
Weekly options for 4 hours each day at Rexhame Beach in Marshfield. Beach based activities focused on surfing, as will as standup paddleboarding, skimboarding, body boarding, ocean safety, snorkeling, tide pools, environmental education and beach games. North River Nature Day Camp Ages 4.5-14
Full Day from 9AM-3PM with extended day option available until 5PM in Marshfield. Campers have fun, make friends, and experience nature through outdoor play and discovery at our 225-acre wildlife sanctuary. A.C.T Summer Workshop Ages 8-18
The Academy of The Company Theatre Summer Workshop is for students ages 8-18. Students choose their own schedule from over seventy classes in the performing and visual arts. A diverse selection of classes are offered, including acting, singing, media arts, painting, photography, dance, technical theatre, playwriting, stage combat, and culinary arts. Camp will run from June 26 – July 14 from 9am-3pm daily.

Sew Simple is located in Norwell. Our summer camps are from Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 12:30pm. All sewing supplies are included in tuition. We supply machines, needles, thread, scissors, etc. If your child has sewed before, she/he will continue improving her/his skills and be challenged by age/skill appropriate projects. Upon completion, students will have projects they will be proud of and can take them home. Campers make new friends, learn new skills, build confidence, and have fun! Rise Above Basketball Camp Ages 7-12
Rise Above Basketball’s “Summer Skills Basketball Camps” pres. by New Balance were created to give each athlete the opportunity to better develop their individual & team game through skills training, hands on coaching & productive feedback. Hidden Hollow Farms Horseback Riding Ages: 5+
Half Day and Full Day programs available. Hidden Hollow Farm in Pembroke offers children from beginners to advanced a safe and friendly place to learn and further develop their riding skills. The proper and safe way to lead, groom, saddle, and mount a horse or pony is taught. As well as how to stop and steer a horse while riding. In addition horse anatomy, about related tack, horse care and feeding will be discussed. And lots of games, on the ground with horses, as well as in the saddle are played.

South Shore Ballet Theatre Ages 7-18
Auditions to participate in SSBT’s summer intensive program will begin in February! The Summer Intensive is an extension of the curriculum offered in the SS Ballet Theatre’s year round program and open to ballet students from all schools. The full day programs includes guest teachers as well as enrichment classes such as jazz, modern, ball room dance, conditioning, and character. Miss Donna’s summer camp is offering daily adventures to local parks and recreation sites for campers ages 3-12! Transportation is provided to all of these Nature based activities.
