    City considering casino landscaping rules

    Metropolis Commissioners are keeping a community listening to for the duration of their Nov. 1 meeting on proposed code changes relevant to casinos. The city organizing board voted 4- in September to suggest acceptance of the alterations. A few customers of the board ended up absent during that assembly.
