WARREN – A Montana artist is acquiring a new form of inspiration as a result of a current tragedy that took the life of two younger Wyoming teenagers. For Warren rancher Jean Anderson Loyning, giving again is easy to do. “If I can do a minimal bit to simplicity a financial load for them and I am in a position to do that.
