    What was once “Taboo” is now beautiful art | Inside Pennsylvania

    Viewed as taboo in the 19th century, tattoos evolved into symbols of braveness and patriotism in the mid-20th century. In 2022, tattoos are identified as an artwork sort and a way to express one’s individuality. And, a tattoo is often utilised to deal with a sizeable or distressing everyday living practical experience.
