New art exhibit in Greenport explores untold queer stories of the North Fork
A new artwork show in Greenport seeks to convey to an exuberant, untold piece of local historical past by means of illustration. “Fashion: A Hidden History” is now on show at the Natali/Keyes gallery on Key Road and will be shown through Aug. 15. The assortment features drawings and collages by Jerry Schofield, a trend illustrator and artist who was commissioned by legendary makes and designers including Lord and Taylor and Henri Bendel, exactly where he met his partner, Frank McIntosh.
