This younger company is an architecture design agency that is effective closely with professional builders in Los Angeles and is also escalating its possess improvement wing. This staff is wanting for a landscape designer to sign up for their group. Your part would be targeted on commercial assignments, with occasional assistance on significant-end household initiatives. The assignments fluctuate from 55k SF commercial campuses (learn preparing) to 30k SF custom luxury households. You will be doing the job closely with both equally architects and other landscape designers, offering you a one of a kind perspective in viewing landscape by the lens of architecture. Tasks:

• Collaborate with licensed landscape architect and architecture team on all phases of style to generate digital drawings, design sets, presentation resources

• Produce 2D and 3D drawings for shopper presentations 
• Make Development Paperwork

• Coordinate with exterior consultants (which include Civil, MEP, and Structural engineers)

• Coordinate with vendors for material samples

Specifications:

• A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited establishment (Certificate, Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• 3+ Several years of experience in landscape layout

• Practical experience in drafting Building Files and Allow Sets

• Familiarity with planting and hardscape style and design

• Exceptional in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp

• Revit proficiency chosen but not demanded

• Ability to make powerful electronic sketches and renderings

• Remarkable organization and undertaking management abilities which include scheduling, consumer conversation, consultant coordination and internal group management

• The potential to multi-task and to regulate various assignments.
